OGHA is seeking enthusiastic, committed, and positive coaches who are passionate about developing athletes and fostering a rewarding hockey experience. Our AA coaches play a vital role in helping players reach their potential by promoting skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and a strong work ethic both on and off the ice. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and a player-centered approach while supporting the values and objectives of the Association. Through this application process, candidates will have the opportunity to outline their coaching experience, philosophy, and vision for creating a competitive, inclusive, and development-focused environment for our athletes.
